The history of the company began in 2010 with the establishment of the scientific-production enterprise "Siberian Technologies," focusing on developing new technologies for producing natural food additives from plant raw materials sourced from environmentally friendly areas in the Irkutsk region and around Lake Baikal.

In 2023, "Biprotax" LLC was founded, with one of its primary activities being the deep processing of Siberian larch and cedar to produce products such as Dihydroquercetin (DHQ), arabinogalactan, as well as extracts from bark and pine, tree resin and oil, flavonoids, and polysaccharides. These are utilized in medicine, cosmetology, food, livestock, agriculture, and as natural food additives. Additionally, in 2023, a branch named "Biprotax Georgia" was opened in Tbilisi.

Currently, "Biprotax" LLC is part of the "Biprotax Group," which includes:
